Sweet
Adelines is using Windows Media Player from Microsoft to deliver programming
to you. You will need to get the Windows Media Player installed on your
machine if you do not have it already. The player is free. Go to the
following Web site to download Windows Media Player, http://www.windowsmedia.com/download.
The player is available for both Windows and Mac.
It
is a good idea to test the player prior to the convention Webcast.
When testing, if a small window pops up and you hear audio, you already
have the player. If your browser warns you that you don't have a necessary
plug-in or helper application, then you will need to download the
Windows Media Player.
Basic
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to receive audio or video content from www.sweetadelineintl.org,
there could be a network problem with your receiving computer, a network
congestion problem from the Internet itself, or a technical problem
with www.sweetadelineintl.org receiving the feed from the source and
redistributing it on the Internet. If you are experiencing technical
difficulty with your media player, confirm that the latest version
of the player is installed.
